With more pets being put in shelters, we urgently need pet adopters. With Furry Friends Adoption, you can search for dogs, cats, and other available pets for adoption near you. The community engagement of my project is to get the community involved in animal shelters. Whether it be a donation, volunteering, and most importantly - adopting animals in need of loving homes. I wanted to reach out to the local community with local animal shelters. Purposeful and effective community outreach is part of the app’s strategy and how building positive relationships with pet owners can improve the quality of life for pets and people in the community.
