Ease is a mental health app designed to personally give people a healthy state of mind. The app contains reminders to take care of yourself and offers daily healthy habits, easy distractions, and where you can talk to other people struggling with mental health as well. You are able to track your daily moods and how you’re feeling throughout the day, write journal entries for yourself, and how to cope with stress, depression, and/or anxiety.
